Can I tell you a secret? I only wash my hair twice a week. Yeap, just two times a week. I used to wash my hair every day until I realized that it was a significant no-no. My hair looks so much better on day 2, 3, and even 4 if not washing it. The texture is perfect, and I actually have volume! Washing your hair every day strips your scalp of its natural microbiome and can cause dryness and inflammation. It can also make your hair look and feel lifeless and brittle (trust me, I know because this happened to me after years of doing it!)
