Our most recent #couponPIX Twitter giveaway has come to a close. Just like last time, we asked you tweet us an answer to a simple question: Why are you a survivor?
We got a lot of great and inspiring answers from our followers, but there can only be one winner. It was a close call, but our pick is from Kacie Phillips (@kacie_phillips).
Kacie wrote, “I am a survivor because I live each and every day with the upmost optimism to make things happen!” That’s nothing short of the best attitude a person can have toward life, and the best way to combat adversity!
We are holding another contest on Twitter, and this time we’re giving away the incredible Griffin Technology Survivor Case for the iPad. Anyone with an iPad 2 or 3 will love having this protective accessory for their Apple tablet.
The rules are simple: Tweet why you’re a ‘Survivor’ and you will be entered to win. Just make sure you mention @Couponology and hashtag #couponPIX. There are a few other regulations you have to abide by, which you can find on the contest rules page.

Our very first contest comes to a close, along with one of our busiest weeks. We set up the $100 Visa Gift Card contest to coincide with the debut of “Couponology Corner” on the PIX11 Morning News, and getting both done at once was hectic to say the least.

The pretty PacSun girl moved to the other side of the office (I miss her), and now our walls are decked with social media icons and merchant logos. We’re sprucing up the place, partly because it makes the place more fun, and mostly because we’re the hot new thing in town and Pix11 wants a piece of us.
There are camera rolling all around our office to get some footage for our TV spot on the Pix11 Morning News, this Thursday at 8 am. Don’t forget to tune in to their new segment Couponology Corner, where we’ll be showing off some of our best merchants and online coupons.

We here at Couponology love a good deal. If that wasn’t obvious, it should go without saying that the best deals are free. If someone asks you if you want something, there’s pretty much a 50/50 of you wanting it. Toss in that it’s free and the pendulum sways heavily to the wanting it side.
As a holiday gift from Twitter, or maybe as a reward for my marvelous tweets, Twitter sent us at Couponology a free t-shirt. Coming out on top of the raffle, appropriately enough, was me. Now when people ask me what I do for a living, I can just look down. You know, if I want to be really ostentatious.
